Are you up to date on Digital Hygiene and willing to train others?

The Campaign for Free and Fair Elections (CaFFE) is seeking highly qualified consultants and trainers to contribute to our Digital Hygiene and Media Literacy intervention. This initiative is dedicated to empowering women in politics, local civil society leaders, and youth with the skills needed to critically assess information accuracy and protect themselves from online harassment. By promoting digital hygiene and media literacy, this program contributes to gender equality, strengthens democracy, and enhances community resilience against manipulation.

We invite applications from professionals with expertise in the following areas:

Trainers in Media and Information Literacy and Digital Hygiene Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions using the developed curricula on media and information literacy and digital hygiene. Tailor the delivery to the needs of participants, ensuring the content is understandable and actionable.
• Participant Engagement: Foster an interactive learning environment where participants feel comfortable discussing their experiences and asking questions.
• Skill Building: Equip participants with practical skills that they can immediately apply in their personal and professional lives to enhance their digital security and media literacy.
• Continuous Support: Provide ongoing support to participants post- training, including answering follow-up questions and offering additional resources.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in training and facilitation, particularly in the fields of media literacy and digital security.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups, including women in politics and civil society leaders.

Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and levels of prior knowledge.
